Ula's Boutique Marketing Case Studies
Case study #1 - Before and After
Doctor's Office
Goal: "Better Website"
Before. The information is confusing, buttons did not work, no clear messaging.
After. Organized. The doctors tell exactly what his clinic is about and how to book it.
Case study #1 - Clarify the message
Real Estate School Website
Goal: "Organize the website"
Before. The information is all over the place. There is no flow and links are confusing. You have 5 seconds to convince a client to do business with you.
After. The same information is organized with only 3 menu bars. It tells exactly what the business has to offer and what a customer needs to do.
Case study #2 - How Clients see YOu
High Fashion Photographer Website
Goal: "Make it better"
At first, it seems okay, but there is lack of focus on desires. It is the most common business owners' problem to focus on themselves.
Would you want to be "his" bride? It is all about her, her feelings, and desires. Talk to the customer and you will win every time.
Case study #3 - New Websites
Goal: "Create a new website"
Retirement Community.
Art Gallery.
Home remodeling.
Medical Office.
Case study #4 - Sales Funnel
Goal: "Grow my client list."
Funnel: Facebook Ad > Email Marketing > Website Sales
$3 per lead
In 3 months, you'll break even:
Spend $300, earn $300
In one year:
Earn $1000 per month.
Obviously, this is a very rough calculation. So many factors will play repeated business, sale price, but this is also super conservative projection.
Case Study #5 - Facebook Ad Data
Facebook ad cost is increasing, but still, it is the most affordable and measurable platform so far.
2) My Marketing Ad:
These are my own marketing ads. In marketing field, the average price is $35 per lead, but I get my clients for $26 per lead. I am good:)
2) Real Estate clients:
In Real Estate it used to be $2-$5 per lead and in Mortgage $4-8 per lead. Now it is minimum $10 per lead. Nothing else changed.
3) Retirement community:
Since it was a unique business, I created 3 very different ads. They and all performed at $4-5 per lead.
Case study #6 - Ad copy
What to post so people will listen? My Facebook ad strategy is based on 4 types of campaigns: Great Offer, Resources, Events, and Quizzes.
For a Ballet School we sold a free class.
This is my art gallery ad. Instead of selling art directly I grew my client list by asking them to sign up for art shows. Retail like art is one of the hardest niches to advertise, because people do not need it perse. The easiest business to market is a local service that people cannot do themselves.
Case study #7 - Business organized
One of the latest and affordable CRM systems for small business is Highlevel: https://www.gohighlevel.com/main-page?fp_ref=us-boutique-marketing
Nowadays people expect appointment confirmations, reminders, all kinds of attention, otherwise they feel abandoned.
On Highlevel you can have websites, email/text marketing, FB posts, calendars, and more - all in one.
Pros: every piece of information is on one page. It has an app to manage on the go. Cons: at the beginning, this system is intimidating. No worries, that's why I am here. I will walk you through it step by step. Once you get familiar - you will be addicted. You need to know only a couple of buttons...
Case study #8 - Visual Merchandising
Europe, Canada, USA. Shops, events, and tablescapes.
